The Beatitudes are blessed statements that Jesus spoke on the Sermon on the Mount. We are happy as we are morning, poor in spirit, hunger and thirst for righteousness, peaceful, and found to be merciful.
Nothing will be easy in this every day walk, but we are to be Happy and we are blessed walking each of these situations out everyday.
